1. I was afraid to hold hands, but was thrilled we were "going out." We talked secretly (our parents totally knew) on the phone for hours. You then asked my best friend out, she said yes. 8 Years later, you said you would date me if I didn't have such "high standards." Excuse me, but I don't believe that is a bad thing. You are not the one.

2. Oh how I loved the way you doted one me. You were always there in my time of need. You came to endless dance performances, you even danced for me in front of the whole school. You have great hair, but are just too young. Hey, we can't all be cougars. You are such a good friend and so much fun,but sadly not the one.

3. I had the biggest crush on you for weeks. You ran around the gym like a pro and had the best red striped shirt. You asked my new best friend out; I pretended like I didn't care. When you didn't hit it off, you asked me out. Only then, I really didn't care. You are so funny and I love your enthusiasm, but you are not the one.

4. You stole my heart from the first time we met. I had never known a guy like you. You made me laugh, made long days short, and were my first kiss. You had me wrapped around your finger and I cried when you had to leave me for two years. My heart had never ached more, or so I thought. You made false promises and returned home. I finally removed the blindfold and saw that you had been feeding me lies all along. You cheated. Now #4, I forgive you. But you could never be the one.

5. So far, things are nice. You are so much better than me. I have no idea what is going to happen. I like it when you call me :)
