Times have been a little rough lately.
School is just kicking me from behind... if you know what I mean.
Which is sad, because I used to love school.
But honestly, i cannot blame my feeling down on only school.
Times just get rough every now and then.
Lately, I have been thinking a lot about great women of history.
What would they do if they were me?
Amelia Earhart sure wouldn't give up her dream...
Eleanor Roosevelt sure wouldn't let anyone get her down..
So why am I letting this issue get the best of me?
Today I read this statement in a book Love Life and See Good Days by Emily Freeman
" 'Have a good day' is practically a mantra in our society. But no one reminds us to see good days."
That is so true!
(I must remember this while walking to school on snowy days)
It is my new goal to make sure to see something good every day, especially at the beginning.
Because sometimes all we can do is take it one day at a time.
I believe my answer is coming, time to search, ponder, and pray.
I'm truly just beginning to scratch the surface of what that really means.
Because even if i lose this battle, I know I will win the war.
