Renting out a house while attending a University is great; I won't lie.
It may be a little more costly, but its a way better deal than most apartments in my opinion.
This year we were so excited to get our hands on a 6 bedroom, Ivy covered house.

The "Ivy House"and all its glory is ours! :)
We anticipated getting our own rooms
(especially me)
and actually having room to invite people over.

Here is what we did not expect:
Mice!
You think, "No big deal just get a mouse trap."
You thought wrong!
Not only have these mice avoided capture by peanut butter and traps,
they are noisy too!
It is as if they are saying, "We are here, so deal with it!"
They squeak all the time and run around even when I make loud noises to let them know I am in the room.
How rude!
Yes, these are no ordinary mice...
I think they are partying behind our walls!
WE are the college students!
WE are the ones supposing to be partying!
(Mom, I study, I swear!)
and WE are about 100 times their size.
So why are WE not the ones owning the house?
Well mice, I have three words for you.
This. Is. War!
Yup, I'm taking them out.
Okay, an exterminator or nice neighbor boy, will take them out. :)
Suggestions?
